Verity Talent Partners is recruiting on behalf of a well-established SME manufacturing business seeking an organised, detail-driven Transport, Export & Debtors Coordinator to join their team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of international exports, domestic logistics, statutory compliance and debtors administration, acting as the vital link between Finance and Operations.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track international shipments from dispatch through to delivery.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and transport providers.
- Ensure export schedules and delivery deadlines are achieved.
- Provide regular shipment status updates to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate pick, pack and dispatch activities for the rebate store.
- Arrange courier collections and deliveries.
- Ensure daily dispatches are completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate physical and electronic records for audit purposes.
- Manage shipment documentation and reporting with exceptional attention to detail.
- Perform debtor reconciliations and prepare monthly age analysis reports.
- Handle storage rebates
- Follow up on outstanding customer accounts.
- Resolve debtor queries professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining healthy cash flow through effective credit control.
- Monitor freight, courier and transport costs.
- Investigate billing discrepancies and cost variances.
- Assist with supplier negotiations and audit-related queries.
- Maintain logistics and financial reporting records.
- Capture accurate information within ERP and logistics systems.
- Complete weekly reconciliations.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years' experience in a combined Export, Logistics and Debtors role.
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Solid understanding of export documentation, customs requirements and international freight processes.
- Experience with debtors administration, reconciliations, collections and accounts receivable.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and logistics platforms.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Professional communication skills when dealing with customers, suppliers and freight partners.
Pay: Up to R19 000,00 per month
