Responsible for planning and implementing policies relating to all phases of human resources activities.
Recruits, interviews, and assists in the selection of employees to fill vacant positions.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation.
Coordinate and prepare submission of Employment Equity, Skills Development (SETA) and BEE Audits.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Handle industrial relations issues, as required, on an individual and collective basis in particular areas and or particular subjects in line with the business requirements of the company.
Help source, organize and coordinate training programmes as part of a company-wide re-training and up-skilling process in line with business requirements.
Participate in due diligence processes.
Handles all statutory reporting.
4-8 years’ experience as an HR Co-ordinator/ HR Generalist / HR Business partner / HR Consultant in an operational and corporate environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management (NQF level 7) or equivalent qualification.
Honors Degree in Human Resources Management (Advantage).
Knowledge and experience of CCMA
