Interstat stationery is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Cape-town. This role requires a proactive individual with strong sales skills and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, be self-disciplined, and able to work independently while managing a designated sales territory. A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel are essential.
