My Client is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Bartender / Barista to join our dynamic team and help us bring this vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, specialty coffees, and teas.

Demonstrate proficiency in mixology and barista techniques to create both classic and innovative drinks.

Ensure all drinks are presented and served to the highest standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and coffee station.

Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.

Collaborate with the team to develop new drink recipes and seasonal specials.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.
Requirements:

Formal training in Bartending / Mixology and Barista skills or similar qualifications.

3-5 years of industry experience in a similar role.

Previous experience in an Asian restaurant or similar environment is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of beverages, including coffee, tea, cocktails, and mocktails.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
