Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree/Advanced Diploma in Information Systems/Computer Science/Industrial Engineering / Business Systems/Accounting or related
Mandatory Certifications:
- Recognized Sage 300 People certification (HR/Payroll specialization).
Skills:
- Expertise in HR workflows, payroll processing, and compliance with South African labour /tax legislation.
- Ability to configure, customize, and support Sage 300 People modules.
- Experience in reporting and integration with other systems.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Ability to work Hybrid
