Job Title: Debt Review Training Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Debt Review Training Specialist to join our growing Debt Review Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coaching, and improving the performance of new and existing consultants to increase conversion rates, DC averages, and overall sales quality.
This is a performance-based role suited to someone with strong sales experience in the Debt Review industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and onboard new Closers and Lead Generators
- Conduct daily call coaching and script training
- Monitor and improve transfer-to-close conversion rates
- Reduce early cancellations through quality training
- Identify sales gaps and implement improvement strategies
- Assist Sales Management with performance reporting
- Develop training material and sales scripts
- Conduct mock calls and objection-handling workshops
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years Debt Review Sales experience
- Proven track record as a high-performing Closer or Sales Leader
- Strong understanding of NCR guidelines and debt review process
- Excellent coaching and communication skills
- Ability to analyse sales data and improve team performance
- Strong leadership presence
