Global legal practice is looking to appoint a Learning and Development Specialist
This role requires a strong focus on content development, facilitation skills, and digital learning development.
The successful candidate will design, develop, and deliver a diverse range of training programs and materials, including face to-face, eLearning, and blended learning solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, instructional design or related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in designing training programs and curricula in a professional services environment.
- Experience in designing and facilitating learning for all levels, including executive teams, is required.
- Digital learning design and development experience is essential.
- Experience in an internal consulting role, managing training interventions, developing collaborative partnerships with business leadership and SMEs, and assessing learning needs.
