The Assistant General Manager - Cape Town
The Assistant General Manager’s role is to enhance the operational efficiency and service quality of the Hotel, in conjunction with the Hotel Manager.
Main Responsibilities: -
Responsible for managing the full operations, service, and activities of the Hotel Team, under the guidance of the Hotel Manager
Ensure that guests receive exceptional levels of personalized service while working.
Assist the Heads of Departments to ensure that policies, processes and standards are maintained to the highest standard and can uphold the company's strong service culture.
Effective complaint handling ability and able to demonstrate exceptional organizational and leadership skills
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience and skills: -
Minimum of 2 - 3 years Assistant Hotel Management or Senior Duty management experience within a 4 star Hotel -
Hotel Management beneficial -
Advanced computer skills including MS office, e-mail and internet -
Experience with Opera PMS advantageous.
Remuneration - R45000 to R50000
