The SME Campaign Manager is responsible for growing, planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns that drive acquisition and engagement among small and medium sized businesses.
The role focuses on developing integrated campaigns, managing execution across channels, and working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to grow SME customer adoption.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning and Execution

Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at SME customer acquisition and growth

Plan integrated campaigns across digital, partnerships, content, and events

Coordinate campaign timelines, budgets, and delivery across internal teams and agencies

Ensure campaigns align with overall brand and commercial objectives
SME Market Engagement

Develop a deep understanding of SME financing needs, business challenges, and funding behaviour, including pain points around accessing capital

Translate SME insights into relevant campaign messaging and positioning

Work closely with sales teams to align campaigns with pipeline opportunities
Campaign Performance and Optimisation

Track campaign performance against acquisition, engagement, and conversion targets

Monitor campaign KPIs and optimise campaigns based on performance data

Work with data analysts to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness
Cross Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with product, commercial, and digital teams to deliver campaign initiatives

Manage relationships with agencies and external partners where required

Ensure consistent messaging across all SME marketing activities
Financial Product Knowledge

Understand GoTyme's business funding offerings and competitive positioning in the SME lending market

Communicate value proposition around funding access, speed, and terms to target SME segments
Requirements
Required Experience and Qualifications

4 to 6 years experience in SME marketing campaign management

Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels

Experience working with B2B or SME customer segments

Marketing Diploma or Degree

Experience marketing financial products, lending services, or business funding solutions (preferred)
Skills and Competencies

AI and data analytics proficiency essential (strong AI learning agility and intellectual curiosity)
