Planet Fitness is looking for a Senior Quality Assurer Central that will ensure all compliance Policies and Procedures are adhered to, that all Stakeholders comply as per Business Rules for Planet Fitness and that the Central Admin Department objectives are met accordingly.
Requirements
Perform QA functions for all Central Admin tasks/actions;
Report all deviations from Business Rules;
Manual contracts: Audit manual contracts from clubs (QCONTACT);
Credit Notes: Audit all Financial adjustments from clubs (QCONTACT);
DBA: Audit any request to make changes on the membership (QCONTACT);
Invalid contracts: Audit and cancel all invalid contracts from the club (QCONTACT);
Auditing all functions from Central Admin;
Report any concerns to the National Business Admin Manager
Identify areas of training and ensure guidance and/or assistance
Where continual areas of concern are identified, identify the risk and report it.
Competencies Required
Matric essential
2 Years’ experience in Business Administration
Compliance experience and/or training
Computer literacy
Excel intermediate
MS Office; Word and Outlook
Attention to Detail;
High level of honesty and integrity;
Sound knowledge of Company Business Rules;
Financial minded;
An analytical approach to work;
Commercial and business awareness;
