***THIS POSITION REQUIRES OUTBOUND CALL CENTRE SALES EXPERIENCE***
Join a leading car rental company and become a key player in a highly productive and successful team. We are looking for a motivated and experienced call centre sales executive who can help deliver exceptional value-added services to our clients. You will be making outbound calls to existing clients and will be selling their Value-Added Products, such as tyre and windscreen cover, additional kilometres, vehicle upgrades, and any other specials offered during the clients' car rental period. You will need to have an EXCELLENT command of English as you will be engaging with both local and international clients. You will need to meet and exceed sales targets and goals, and you must have the ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.

Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A Valid Drivers License (mandatory for all staff members)
Minimum of 2 years of outbound call centre sales experience with a proven track record
Experience working with a CRM system
Car rental or motor industry experience is highly beneficial
Tenacious, responsible, and reliable
Strong communication skills in English
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Affable personality with a professional attitude
