· Proven experience as a pizza chef (wood-fired)
· Ability to prepare dough, sauces, and toppings from scratch
· Consistent portion control and quality standards
· Ability to work well under pressure during busy service times
· Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
· Reliable, punctual, and a team player
