TALSTARPROP IS HIRING SALES EXECUTIVES Commission-Only Sales Executive Opportunity Earn 20% Commission on Every Approved Sale TalstarProp Property Management & Maintenance is looking for serious, confident, results-driven Sales Executives who know how to close deals. This role is strictly for people who can bring in clients, create opportunities, follow up properly, and close sales. NO BASIC SALARY. COMMISSION ONLY. But the earning potential is strong and massive and easy to achieve Commission Structure: You earn 20% commission on every approved and paid sale. Income Examples: A R10,000 sale = R2,000 commission A R50,000 sale = R10,000 commission A R200,000 sale = R40,000 commission A R500,000 sale = R100,000 commission Your income depends on your performance. Monthly Minimum Requirement: Each Sales Executive must bring in at least R50,000 in sales per month to remain active with the company. That can be achieved with approximately two good clients per month. What You Will Be Selling: Property maintenance Construction services Painting Waterproofing Roofing Paving Tiling Renovations Commercial maintenance packages Residential maintenance packages General property repair and project services What We Expect From You: You must generate your own leads You must contact property owners, businesses, restaurants, landlords, estate agents, body corporates and commercial clients You must be confident with phone calls, WhatsApp follow-ups and face-to-face selling You must be able to work independently You must be professional, hungry and target-driven You must know how to close deals TalstarProp may provide some leads from time to time, but you are expected to build your own pipeline and bring in your own clients.
