We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated, positive attitude Debtor/Admin Clerk to be based in our office in Brackenhurst, Alberton.
It will be advantageous for the successful incumbent to have Property Management experience with at least3 to 5 years experience.
Requirements:
· Fully computer literate (Pastel (definite), Microsoft, Excel and Outlook and the ability to learn company specific software that is Pastel based).
· Assist with administrative duties.
· Debtor’s functions, issuing of clearance figures/certificates and accounting (i.e Council recons) etc.
· Provide excellent customer service.
· Organized, meticulous and people skills.
· Tact and diplomacy.
· The ability to be proactive and take initiative, strong attention to detail.
· Good time management skills due to position being deadline driven.
· Contribute positively to the team.
