Your Responsibilities
- Prospect and sign up new members through walk-ins, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Convert enquiries into memberships by understanding what each prospect needs
- Actively manage your sales pipeline and follow up on all outstanding leads
- Hit and exceed monthly membership targets
- Represent the Zone Fitness brand with professionalism and energy at all times
- Contribute to a welcoming club atmosphere that retains existing members
What You Need to Qualify
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- At least 6 months' experience in a sales role
- Comfortable working with computers and basic software
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a competitive streak
