In this role you will be responsible for:
Receiving and preparation of samples in compliance with the ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 standards
Reporting samples preparation results on LIMS
General housekeeping of the sample preparation area and sample storeroom
Adhere to health, safety, environment, community, and housekeeping standards.
Report all sample preparation equipment’s for defects.
Comply with SANAS ISO/IEC 17025:2017
About you:
Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
Computer literacy including MS Office, SAP, LIMS and MES
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Ferro-chrome Smelter laboratory environment.
Knowledge of SANAS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 will be advantageous
Experience in sample preparation
Good knowledge of HSEC systems
