We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Payroll administrator to join our Company.
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the payroll processes for a range of Companies. You will play a crucial role in making sure that payroll is timely and accurately processed.
Main Responsibilities (But not limited to)
- Processing & administering of all Company Stores payroll allocated to you accurately and on time
- Maintain employee payroll records
- New and termination processing
- Calculate and manage any payroll deduction, Taxes and benefits
- Maintain all payroll information
- Distributing of payroll reports, payslips and summaries
- Perform other payroll and administrative tasks as required
- Maintain Emails and phone calls
- Resolve any payroll discrepancies promptly
- Submit Monthly EMP201’s and UIF Declarations
Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Payroll
- Strong organizing and administrative skills
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient Numerical and Data Entry Skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric
- 3 + Years Payroll Administration experience
- 2-3 years SAGE 300 People payroll (Essential)
- Intermediate – advance Excel experience
