Responsibilities
Manage CTRAs and payments in collaboration with finance/budgeting representatives.
Develop, control, update, and closeout country and site budgets while also developing, negotiating, and maintaining contracts.
Track and report contract negotiations and maintain contract templates in cooperation with the Legal Department.
Calculate and execute payments to investigators, vendors, and grants, ensuring adherence to financial and compliance procedures.
Monitor and track adherence and disclosures, and organize meetings including the creation and tracking of study memos/letters/protocols.
Act as a process Subject Matter Expert (SME), recommending continuous improvements and providing training and mentorship to junior CTCs.
Contribute to CTC team knowledge by sharing best practices and providing training as required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years in Clinical Research or relevant healthcare experience, with completed job training in office management, administration, finance, or health care, or a Bachelor’s Degree.
Fluent in Local Languages and business proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.
Good understanding of Global, Country/Regional Clinical Research Guidelines and ability to work within these guidelines, with hands-on knowledge of Good Documentation Practices.
Good IT skills, including the use of MS office and clinical IT applications, with a strong focus on MS Excel.
ICHGCP Knowledge appropriate to role, excellent negotiation skills for CTCs in finance area, and highly effective time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
High sense of accountability and urgency, with the ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a changing environment, and work effectively in a matrix multicultural environment.
Demonstrates commitment to Customer focus, both internally and externally, with the ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, propose solutions, and maintain a positive, growth mindset.
