Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
We are currently opening a new branch in Cape Town so we need someone who is hands on who can assist with the opening of the new office.
Duties:
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries with professionalism and phone etiquette
- Respond on behalf of principal to emails
- Plan efficient planning tool to make sure principal is on time in meetings
- Making sure you are reactive to principals’ request.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents
- Conduct research on various topics as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Run errands and perform other administrative tasks as assigned
- Possible remote work
- R18000 salary per month
- Half days on Friday
