THE JOB AT A GLANCE
As an Employer Service Technician. You will be responsible for providing a world class service to our customers by ensuring that their queries and complaints are resolved expediently and that they are kept up to date regularly on the progress being made. Engage with customers telephonically and follow up all discussions with written communication. Resolve queries on the first interaction and educate employers to reduce future queries.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Updating non-financial employer information
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
- Run data campaigns to enrich the employer data base.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with accurate product and service information in an efficient manner
- Update existing customer personal information
- Assist clients to submit claims electronically and complete relevant applications forms
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Document all information according to standard operating procedures
- Written and Verbal communication with employers to obtain employer/employee data
- Quality assurance of employer data
- Investigating and resolving complaints
- Attending to walk in customers
- Tracking query trends
- Written and verbal communication with customers
- Update non Roe information on system
- Record and track employer queries and report on trends and TAT.
