Are you a dedicated and experienced Security Manager with strong leadership skills? We are looking for a committed professional to manage our security guarding personnel and ensure that all security operations are carried out effectively and professionally.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Security management or Policing
- PSIRA Grade A
- Competency Certificates (Handgun, Shotgun, and Rifle)
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a security manager role
- Valid driver's licence
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage staff personnel effectively
Key Responsibilities
- PSIRA Act, Labour Law, Firearms Control Act and OHS Act,
- Post Orders Development Operations Site audits,
- Risk assessments, manpower planning, rostering,
- Guard deployment Project Management Planning, budgeting, timelines
- Stakeholder management Leadership Team leadership, conflict resolution, disciplinary hearings,
- Training Admin MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Incident reports and SOPs.
- Compliance files Client Presentations and SLA meetings.
- Handle disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Compile detailed incident reports for theft, accidents, injuries, damages, and other security-related incidents.
