Overview:
Handles a skilled level of calculations, verbal and written communications, outside enquiries, follow-up or explanation. May seek advise from a section leader but has some discretion. Handles a greater variety of tasks and control and management of critical production stock.
Responsibilities:
- Stock Control of Ingredients /Material in Production

Daily Mass Balance for production raw and packaging material

Determine and control the MOQ per ingredient list

Accurate daily stock back flushing/consumption in line with production usage

Accurate capturing and verification of waste (Damages)

Accurate Fuel/ Diesel posting

Ordering of raw and packaging Material

Reporting to top management on the production performance

Clear understanding of daily, weekly and monthly stock take and cycle counts

Clear understanding of SAP and other Data management system

Excellent verbal written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently, priorities and manage tasks to meet deadlines and expectations with
minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification- Matric

Certificate and/or Diploma in Operations Management or Equivalent

Previously experience working in production environment.

2-3 years relevant experience within a Clerical environment.

Computer skills including SAP, MS Office, Outlook,
other systems
