MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To identify and pursue opportunities within the dealer network for optimizing sales and market penetration.
TASKS:
· Manage the interactions on the AMP Instagram & Facebook Pages in line with the Business Manager’s requirements.
· Stories & Posts from Events, Dealers & Campaigns.
· Lead management through leads obtains via social media.
· Up to date with current trends on social media & local events.
· Create & manage new Social Media Campaigns.
· Content creation.
· Follower Management & Engagement.
· Customer service- good relationships at all times
· Reporting and feedback to team leaders
· Ensure that dealers remain informed: Stock levels; Pricing; New products; Special packages; Promotional activities
· Promote sales
· Order processing
· Liaise with dealers on stock availability/non-availability and credit limits.
· Capture orders into the system, including backorders
· Ensure dealers are always aware of their order status
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS TO PERFORM ROLE: G12, MS Office (Excel & Word in particular) + Outlook and Internet.
MINIMUM PERIOD OF EXPERIENCE/ TRAINING (DESCRIBE TYPICAL EXPERIENCE BACKGROUND): Three years in a sales role including a working knowledge of motorcycle products, accessories, and components and/or previous experience in the automotive component sector.
PREFERRED EXPERIENTIAL/ TRAINING BACKGROUND: Motorcycle, automotive, or other parts/accessories/components environment
