Who are you?
- Seven or more years of professional software experience
- Deep knowledge of one backend stack and one frontend stack
- Clear written English and an async-first communication style
- Based in South Africa and willing to work CET hours
- A Senior Software Engineer who wants ownership, not a ticket queue
