Motus Aftermarket Parts is searching for a
Digital Marketing Manager to join the team in
Meadowview Head Office. This is a hands-on senior role for a digital marketing professional who can take ownership of our full digital performance function, from paid media and SEO to email marketing, CRM and website optimisation. You’ll form part of a centralised marketing team supporting multiple divisions, managing multiple digital properties and driving measurable results across all online channels.
Requirements:

10+ years’ experience in digital and performance marketing

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field

Expert-level knowledge of paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads and programmatic advertising

Strong SEO, CRO and website management experience

Proven experience managing marketing automation and CRM platforms

Solid understanding of full-funnel digital strategy

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear commercial decisions

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple platforms, campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously

Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-division environment

A collaborative team player who works effectively across departments and functions

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Retail Management, Business Management or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing divisional digital marketing strategies across all digital channels

Managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, display and other digital platforms, with full ROI accountability

Identifying and driving innovative digital projects that keep Motus Aftermarket Parts ahead of the digital curve

Overseeing multiple websites, including content, UX, SEO, performance and ongoing development

Managing social media presence, content calendars and online community engagement

Planning and executing email marketing campaigns and marketing automation initiatives

Managing CRM and customer database engagement to improve retention and conversion

Tracking and analysing performance across all digital channels, including traffic, conversion, CPA and ROI

Monitoring brand reputation across digital platforms and responding proactively where required

Ensuring all digital properties remain modern, relevant and aligned to brand standards

Collaborating with brand, trade and retail marketing teams to amplify campaigns digitally
