We’re looking for a confident, well-presented and proactive Gallery Assistant who is passionate about creating memorable client experiences and supporting the daily operations of our gallery.
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, professional and approachable personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Self-motivated with great attention to detail.
- Passion for art, luxury brands or the creative industry is advantageous.
- A valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transport is required.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and providing an exceptional gallery experience.
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the gallery.
- Managing administrative duties, emails and client correspondence.
- Supporting gallery events, exhibitions and artist collaborations.
- Coordinating meetings with artists, clients and collaborators.
- Ensuring the gallery is maintained to the highest professional standard.
