The Business Claims Team Manager is responsible for managing individuals within a team e.g. call centre agents / consultants within the communication centre.
In this role you will ensure that the team reaches target by monitoring individual performance on a constant basis. Very knowledgeable on all aspects of the products, processes and systems. Mentors team and gives constant real-time support in terms of query resolution.
Minimum Qualification Required
- Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
- Minimum 5 years short-term insurance experience
- Minimum 3 years Claims experience
- 2 years Supervisory/Management experience
- Solid understanding of the claims system and claims procedures: inclusive of claims, investigations, procurement and legal department processes
- Motor and Non motor claims experience
- Commercial Claims experience will be beneficial

- Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
- Must be highly proficient in dealing with clients at all levels
- Comprehensive knowledge of legal liability and state regulations
- Thorough knowledge of claims investigation techniques
