A busy stand alone restaurant seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to report to the General Manager, matching the following specifications:-
- Tertiary qualification
- 4 years restaurant management experience in a la carte full service restaurants
- Must come from reputable a la carte restaurants and NOT FAST FOOD OR QSR
- Must be able to handle pressure and high volumes
- Preference will be given to candidates who have opened restaurants
- Only candidates with a Stable track record need apply
- Shift and weekend work applies
- Own Transport preferred
- Only open to South African Nationals / Citizens
