Trendy Greek Restaurant & Deli in Waterkloof is looking for a Kitchen Manager. Applicants must have 4 or more years’ kitchen management experience. Must have strong general knowledge of food and of general kitchen management procedures. Main duties will include stock control, stock ordering, variances, food costing, quality control, staff management and general kitchen administration.
Looking for someone with a passion for food and who can efficiently run a busy kitchen. Salary R 12 – 15 K net depending on experience. Quote Reference RA18 when applying.
