Bootlegger Coffee Company is one of South Africa's fastest-growing coffee brands, and we're expanding quickly. Our Cape Gate store is a busy grab-and-go espresso bar, and we're looking for a Café Team Leader to run it.
The role: Run the day to day of the store, opening and closing, cash-ups, stock and ordering, capturing invoices, holding our coffee and service standards, and leading a small team on the floor. It's hands-on, early mornings and fast paced.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a café, coffee or hospitality environment, ideally in a supervisor or leadership role
- Confident on a POS and with basic admin (stock, invoices, cash-ups)
- Strong on coffee quality and customer service, or eager to master it
- Reliable and punctual, able to open the store at 6:30
- A natural leader who brings energy and holds standards
- Own transport an advantage
