Join a hotel group as a Regional Distribution Manager. This role involves overseeing all distribution channels for all hotels. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day tasks and report to the Group Distribution Manager. Responsibilities include executing all distribution tasks and analysing distribution performance quarterly. Additionally, the role involves ensuring the connectivity of all channels and participating in tactical tests and innovative projects to find new ways to optimise revenue and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

Price loading, mapping, building (new client, promo code for website, updates due to pricing changes, event codes, etc. in Opera, Synxis, and OXI).

Manage and ensure hotel descriptions and photo updates are sent in all systems.

Actively participate in weekly distribution calls.

Address punctual technical challenges.

Ensure all channels are open and payments are made on time by finance.

Conduct random checks on customer sites to ensure hotels are correctly bookable.

Ensure the connectivity of all channels.

Investigate price disparities.

Coordinate campaigns on GDS.

Conduct quarterly reviews of each supplier, OTA, etc., and provide relevant details to hotels.
Qualifications and Skills:

3 to 5 years of experience in hotel distribution.

Fluent in English.

Good knowledge of distribution systems and hotels (OTAs, GDS, CRS, PMS).

Knowledge of revenue management is a plus.

Organised and detail-oriented, with a meticulous approach to task management.

Good social skills, enjoying interaction and collaboration with hotels and service providers.

Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
