We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Rockstar Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO of No Joke Marketing. This role demands a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence and phone calls professionally.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

Facilitate internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO.

Organize and attend meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for engagements.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Assist in the management of projects, following up on pending matters with limited supervision.

Provide general administrative support including but not limited to: photocopying, filing, and data entry.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a marketing or related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Strong organizational and planning skills.

High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
