The successful incumbent will be responsible for evaluating the performance of our tyres across various customer operations and providing comprehensive feedback to both the Technical and Sales Support teams. The role includes offering guidance on appropriate product selection, conducting performance monitoring and testing, and carrying out detailed Fleet Surveys to assess tyre performance and fleet maintenance practices, with recommendations provided to customers accordingly.
In addition, the incumbent will conduct Route Studies to analyze routes, loads, and operating conditions experienced by customer vehicles. The role further requires oversight of the Tyre Evaluation Centre (TEC), ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained, warranty claims are processed efficiently, and timely feedback is communicated to the Sales team
Requirements
Minimum: Matric, diploma in engineering field or recognized trade
Preferred: diploma in engineering field or recognized trade motor mechanics or similar
