Adclick Africa is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic coordinator to support our sales team. As a member of the digital sales team, the digital sales coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and follow-through of orders for digital advertising campaigns. This individual will be critical in supporting the sales team by assisting with campaign setup, management, and reporting.
General responsibilities
Account management: Work directly with sales and digital clients to support their needs and communicate client expectations to the fulfillment and trafficking teams.
Assist with special projects as needed. Conduct basic research on products, industries, and competitors and document findings. concise format via PowerPoint, Word, Excel, as requested
Maintain, develop, and grow existing publisher partner relationships.
Verification of the GM and media director's paperwork: Ensure all orders have been coded correctly for various billing and fulfillment systems. Make any necessary changes or fixes to the orders before preparing them for approval.
Participate in meetings, take notes, and disseminate information to relevant staff.
Campaign monitoring: Ensure all campaigns hit the promised impressions goals and spots during their flights. Adjust priority levels as appropriate.
Campaign reporting: Work with the AdOps department to prepare performance reporting for digital campaigns and present results to the client with the account lead.
Recommended qualifications
Experience in digital ad operations, media, or advertising is a plus. Candidates should have previous experience in marketing administration or a coordinator role.
Strong interpersonal skills, including a professional phone manner and in-person presence.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint (a must).
Highly resourceful team player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
Superior organisational and administrative skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Attention to detail and demonstrated initiative; self-starter who is organised with strong decision-making capability, ability to follow through without supervision, and solid emotional maturity
Prioritise and track deliverables and manage project timelines, deadlines, and requests.
