You will lead by example, driving sales through high-energy customer interactions while ensuring our operational standards remain as precise as a LEGO® brick. The Role: Leading from the Front
As a Floor Leader, you are responsible for the pulse of the store. Your mission includes:
- Driving Floor Performance: Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by actively managing the floor, identifying sales opportunities, and maintaining impeccable merchandising standards.
- Signature Experiences: Act as a Brand Ambassador, coaching Sales Assistants in real-time to ensure every client—from toddlers to Adult Fans of LEGO receive an unforgettable branded experience.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily procedures including opening/closing, inventory integrity, and stock counts with total precision.
- Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning. You will help manage staff schedules and provide ongoing product knowledge training to keep the team sharp and focused.
- Proactive Ownership: You are the "go-to" person on the floor. We value leaders who are self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of solving problems on the fly without needing constant supervision.
What You’ll Bring
- Leadership Track Record: 1+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail setting where your role is to drive turnover and maximise sales.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid experience with POS systems and loss prevention.
- People Skills: Proven ability to resolve conflicts, manage staff dynamics, and handle difficult customer situations with a "solution-first" mindset.
- Brand Passion: A genuine love for the LEGO® brand and an understanding of its timeless appeal.
