Key Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Align people strategy with business goals and advise leadership on workforce decisions.
- Talent & Workforce Planning: Drive workforce planning, skills development, succession, and retention strategies.
- Recruitment & Employment Equity: Lead strategic hiring aligned with business needs and Employment Equity targets.
- Employee Relations & Risk: Manage ER matters, ensure compliance, and mitigate organisational risk.
- Performance, Development & Change: Align performance with strategy, build capability, and support transformation initiatives.
- Remuneration, Governance & Experience: Oversee fair pay structures, ensure HR compliance, and bring 5–10 years’ relevant HR experience with strong labour law knowledge.
Key Attributes:
- Strong business acumen with data-driven, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Skilled in coaching, influencing, communication, and building trusted relationships.
- Experience in talent management, succession planning, performance systems, and organisational development.
- Knowledge of employment law, labour relations, Employment Equity, and remuneration frameworks.
