*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist/ Admin Clerk to join our team in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
*Duties*
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Ability to communicate in Isizulu and Xhoza
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage vehicle bookings and invoicing
- Schedule appointments and assist with mechanic coordination
- Utilise computerised systems for tasks such as email correspondence and document preparation
*Qualifications*
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and QuickBooks is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Typing proficiency for data entry tasks
- Ability to handle basic clerical duties efficiently
