We are seeking a professional Receptionist to join our team at The Northcliff, a luxurious Boutique Hotel in Johannesburg.
The successful candidate will be an ambassador of the excellent standard and image of the Hotel and must have experience as a receptionist in hospitality industry for at least 3 years.
Key responsibilities and skills

Must be able to take care of the front desk with a high level of professionalism, a friendly and welcoming manner, a strong commitment and skill to provide exceptional customer service.

Must have excellent administration and computer skills.

To handle reservations, billing, check-in and check-outs, compiling quotes accurately and timeously.

To take responsibility for getting quotations and Terms and Conditions signed, maintain all information regarding the booking enquiry and liaise with the Manager related to quotations.

To take responsibility for effective enquiry process.

Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Ability to multitask and to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Provide information about the Hotel and local area to guests.

Ensure that the front desk area is well-maintained and always organized.
