We are seeking a Junior Solutions Architect to support the design of telecommunications solutions across connectivity, voice, cloud, AI, and emerging edge technologies. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in modern solution architecture, working on real-world enterprise and IoT-driven environments. Key Responsibilities
- Support senior architects and sales teams in understanding customer requirements.
- Assist in designing solutions across:
- Connectivity: Fibre, LTE/5G, SD-WAN, NB-IoT, LoRaWAN
- Voice: VoIP, SIP, Cloud PBX
- Cloud: Microsoft Azure
- Contribute to solution documentation, proposals, and presentations.
- Participate in customer engagements, workshops, and demos.
- Assist in building cost models and basic architectures.
- Support development of edge-to-cloud solutions, including data processing at the edge.
- Assist with integration between IT systems and operational environments.
- Help implement basic AI, automation, and digital twin concepts.
- Research trends in telecommunications, cloud, IoT, and AI.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 0–3 years’ experience in telecommunications, networking, or IT.
- Foundational knowledge of:
- IP networking and connectivity
- VoIP and SIP basics
- Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Basic understanding of IoT and edge computing concepts.
- Awareness of:
- Connectivity protocols like NB-IoT and LoRaWAN
- Cybersecurity fundamentals (e.g., Zero Trust principles)
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation ability.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Advantageous
- Entry-level Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals).
- Exposure to telecommunications or IoT environments.
- Basic scripting, automation, or data analysis skills.
