Minimum Requirements
✅ Grade 12 / Matric
✅ Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping (Advantageous)
✅ 1–3 years' bookkeeping or accounts administration experience
✅ Strong knowledge of accounting principles
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Excel
✅ Experience with:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Supplier Reconciliations
- Customer Reconciliations
- Invoicing and Credit Notes
- Month-End Processing
✅ Excellent attention to detail
✅ Strong administrative and organizational skills
IMPORTANT
Zoho Books experience is ESSENTIAL and non-negotiable.
