We are seeking a motivated Leasing Supervisor to oversee our leasing agents, photographers and marketers.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support team.
- Ensure team adherence to company standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports.
Qualifications:
- (Preferred)Proven experience in property leasing or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Reliable internet
- Own laptop
