Ensure all guest luggage is offloaded and transferred to guest respective rooms upon arrival and assist guests with luggage upon departure.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage various tasks on a daily basis to ensure great customer service and that our operations run smoothly.
Assist other employees by running their errands such as moving stock and delivering items when necessary.
Assist guests as and when required.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENCE AND HOTEL EXPERIENCE
