Duties and Responsibilities
· Assist with Tender Supporting documentation.
· Organize venues.
· Assist with planning.
· Administrative duties
· Track projects
· Maintain compliance regulations.
· Identify business opportunities through marketing, internet, road shows, networking, newspapers, notice boards and tenders and WSP submissions.
· Admin and support with presentations and proposals
· Keep track of budgets and project expenditures
· Adhere to QMS standards.
· Teaching and Learning
· Consult with internal role players (verification, notifications of training/handovers, supporting documents
· Maintaining excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust and encouraging the rest of the team to follow this example.
· Tender Follow Up
· Product Information feedback to and from clients/team
· Assess the Skills development needs of the client.
· Collect evidence from Clients to substantiate training.
· Communicate SETA grants and benefits to the client.
· Serve as expert resource for accrediting the client as a Training Provider and on the implementation of appropriate Learnerships and Short Skills Programmes
· Requisitions against Quotations (Prices, quantities, delivery dates, etc.) and investigate discrepancies prior to placement of purchase orders.
· Perform administrative tasks related to training projects within the internal Learning Management System.
· Ensure all documentation and processes comply with the company’s Document Control standards.
· Coordinate financial administration for scheduled delegate training, including preparing quotations and processing invoices in collaboration with the Finance Department to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications
· Tertiary qualification will be beneficial.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Work experience
· You need to display an excellent understanding of business matters and possess outstanding motivational skills.
· Also, successful candidates are expected to show evidence of occasions when they created/enhanced products and helped increase a company’s sales.
