The position of Executive Personal Assistant is available to work directly with the CEO of this hospitality entity. You will be responsible for supporting the planning, administration, communication, reporting and following up the CEO's needs and undertaking various tasks to support his vision and strategy.
Responsibilities:

Calendar management: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently, considering priorities and deadlines

Communication: Serve as the primary contact for the CEO, screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls and correspondence, and responding on their behalf when appropriate

Document Management: Draft, edit and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested, ensuring accuracy and professionalism

Meeting co-ordination: Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, venue booking, catering arrangements and logistics

Travel arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel for the CEO, including flight bookings, hotel accommodation, transportation and visa processing

Financial Administration: Assist with expense reporting and other tasks to support the CEO’s administrative needs

Special Projects: Support the CEO in special projects, initiatives, and research assignments as needed
Requirements and skills:

South African Citizen with a valid ID

Grade 12 / Matric qualification

A qualification as a Personal Assistant is advantageous

Driver's license and own vehicle

Proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant to a senior executive

Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage time and workload efficiently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and other productivity tools
