A leading security company is seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and results-driven Guarding Sales Manager to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for a young, energetic professional with a strong understanding of the security guarding industry and a proven ability to drive sales growth and secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the guarding division.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the security industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 – 10 years proven experience in sales within the security guarding industry.
- Strong knowledge of guarding operations and security solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business.
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and relationship-management skills.
- Clear Criminal Record
