Introduction
A well known company based in Sandton is looking to add a Client Services Officer to their team
Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and requests.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Coordinate client onboarding, service requests, and account administration.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service documentation where required.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Resolve client queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor service delivery and provide clients with regular updates.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM or company database.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Prepare client reports and assist with administrative duties.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality requirements, and service standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Diploma or Certificate in Customer Service, Business Administration or a related field is advantageous.
- 2 years' experience in client services, customer service, account management, or administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
