Shaati Education is seeking a dynamic and flexible Hybrid Teacher to join our team. This role involves teaching high school students (Grades 8 to 12) both in the classroom and online. The successful candidate will have experience in both environments and be proficient in using MS Teams and Office 365.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons both in the classroom and online.
- Schedule and post daily assignments.
- Assist students and parents with questions in person and via MS Teams.
- Mark assignments and provide timely feedback.
- Plan and set assessments as per the curriculum.
- Administer and mark assessments.
- Provide feedback and capture marks.
- Interact with parents, students, and affiliated institutions.
- Stand in for other team members as needed.
- Participate in professional development sessions.
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop teaching materials.
- Implement and maintain classroom management strategies.
- Integrate technology into teaching practices.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Education or a specific subject area.
- Teaching certification preferred.
- Experience in both in-class and online teaching.
- Proficiency in MS Teams and Office 365.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle a variety of subjects for high school students (Grades 8 to 12).
- Experience with the CAPS curriculum preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R10 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
