About the Role: Shopfrunt is a leading specialist in designing and delivering innovative branded environments within retail, hospitality and corporate sectors. We’re seeking a proactive and detail oriented Account Manager with experience in retail shopfitting or brand interiors. This person will act as the main point of contact for key clients while collaborating with architects, interior designers and developers to bring exceptional spaces to life.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts from briefing through to final project delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, interior designers and contractors.
- Interpret client needs and translate them into creative, practical solutions in collaboration with the design and production teams.
- Oversee quoting, budgeting, timelines, and project tracking to ensure all deliverables meet expectations and deadlines.
- Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and installation teams.
- Ensure smooth communication between all project stakeholders and proactively resolve issues.
- Assist with new business development by identifying opportunities for upselling or repeat work.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in account/project management in retail shopfitting, brand interiors, architecture, or design/build environments.
- Solid understanding of retail and branded space fit-outs, construction timelines, and project workflows.
- Experience working directly with architects, designers, and/or developers.
- Comfortable interpreting technical drawings, renders, and architectural documents.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Diploma or degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport.

- Familiarity with SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Revit is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
