At Cartrack, a global leader in smart mobility and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology operating in 23 countries, we're looking for ambitious B2B Sales Agents to join our growing team in Rosebank.
About the role:
Are you a driven B2B sales professional who thrives on smashing targets, building relationships, and closing deals? If you're motivated by uncapped earning potential and enjoy speaking with business decision-makers, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective and existing business clients via outbound calls
- Identify opportunities and recommend tailored Cartrack solutions
- Build rapport with decision-makers and confidently overcome objections
- Generate quotations and follow up to close sales
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
What We're Looking For:
- A Degree, Advanced Diploma or equivalent, OR
- 10+ years of relevant sales or call centre experience
- Experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in a call centre environment
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong solution-selling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
