DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Managing Time and Attendance
· Supervision and performance monitoring of staff
· Daily task allocation
· Handle and report staff discipline
· Attend to all staff queries
· Planning with Production manager of daily production runs/ plan
· Meeting daily production targets
· Production quality checks
· Co-ordinate jobs
· Manage and supervise staff members daily to ensure jobs are completed
· Staff training if and when required.
· Finding more efficient ways to process jobs and increase productivity
· Makes sure all standards are met and staff adhere to all company procedures
· Ensure that all safety measures are followed.
· Supervising and allocation of staff to various jobs and departments
· Recommend production changes
· Report to Production Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven Experience as a Foreman
- At least 3 year's experience as a Foreman in a manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual
